Seminars and Business Development Trips in China

KeyNetwork offers customised seminars for companies from other countries preparaing to do business in China (and the reverse of course).
After analysis of your needs, we organise a tour of those partners in China who are interested in partnering on your project, lowering your cost and increasing your chances of rapid success.

The one week package will allow you to make a single trip to China and meet partners already screened, legally verified and identified as interested in the project.  This formatted product makes use of our unique ties to technology business leaders in China to link you in before you even arrive! 
Typical Program Description:

  1. Preliminary: during a 3 month period, based on selection data and needs from your company, KeyNetwork team in Beijing begins research and selects potential partners and organises exchanges and communication between your team and the Chinese contacts. 
  2. Seminar Program:

    Day 1: Arrival and official presentation, market analysis briefing and partner briefings by KeyNetwork staff 
Day 2: 6 individual company meetings
Day 3: 6 individual meetings + dinner with all participants
Day 4: Break in the morning for debriefing and leisure in the afternoon
Day 5: Individual meeting with selected partners to get to drafting stage
Day 6: Leisure and departure.

Delivering the deal through consistent action in-situ.  Our Chinese team members ensure that all the legal, regulatory and negotiation details are followed up.  We lead the deal by the hand until signed and implemented.
